Councilmember Recchia vows to create a "mechanism" to allow BID opponents to be on the Chinatown BID Board



Councilmember Robert Jackson of district 7, challenges the phrase "not legitimately" used by BID opponent and representative of the Coalition Against the Chinatown BID, and Vice President of the Property Tax Payers Copr.,  in reference to the Chinatown BID creation

Note that the people against the BID had to deliver an official document that had to be notarized with a copy of the deed. whereas the pro-ponents for the BID did not have the same criteria. None of their ballots were verified. we were denied equal protection under the law..therefore this chinatown BID is illegimate. where's the justice??
